Dawn, definitely great for the parks - very comfy and I love the pattern on the strap part but I don't know if I'll wear them much outside of Disney.Mabye they will grow on me!

Part of the problem is my giant foot - I got a size 8 and Crocs just have that rounded look anyway so they do look big! But not horrible.

A woman did not design these! The white bottom doesn't look that great especially with the contrast to the strip of black on the sole! It juts out on the back of the shoe about .5 of an inch so it makes my foot look even bigger! DD even thought they looked big!( but she liked the pattern on the straps,too!)

I would have made the sole all black and had it come straight down in the back - but I'm not a shoe designer! LOL! The straps are really cute, though!

The store that had them here, had a size 6 in the black and it looked a lot smaller than my giant 8's! Oh well, they will be comfy at the parks!

I tried them on in a store and really didnt like them...so good thing i didnt order!

I am about 40 minutes north of Springfield and 30 minutes south of Peoria. Pretty much smack dab in the middle of IL. Springfield had terrible weather. I had to drive about 20 minutes out of my way this morning because our creek is out and the roads are flooded. pretty crazy

OMG...I wear a size 10 or 11 Yep..I look like a bozo in Crocs. I only humiliate myself in them for Disney World. NOt even in DisneyLAND. LOL...

I bought a pair of the original style Croc flips and they are soooo G*d AWFUL BUTT UGLY I wear them around the house or working in the yard and for that they're great....but ugh. They do need a nicer more feminine fit. Ya..suck it up and wear them for comfort in the "World".....sorry they're not more CUTE.

Isn't it funny how the size 6s always look so adorable? I am the same...pick up a cute display shoe and thing I want these...then they bring em out in size 10 and it's hard to believe it's the same darn shoe.

I hate shopping with my petite friends that can slip the demo shoe on!! Lucy used to, but she wears an 8 now!! haha....she's gonna have mom's big feet.

I only wear crocs at Disney (mary jane ones) and in the yard (regular ones) ... They do not see the light of day other than that. I don't even wear them at the beach. I stick to flip flops. I wear a 9 and crocs make my feet look HUGE.

I love older houses!! We used to have a super charming house and sold it to move out here but it sold in one day...I used to have people stop and come and ask me if I was going to be sellling it, haha...it was adorable but the people that bought it - the hysband is a contractor...they turned it into a modern mcmansion!! So weird.....too bad they didn't keep it's charm. Whew! good thing it wasn't your roof!! Every funky thing that happened when we owned our house we would stress....wondering if that was the biggie!! Luckily DH is mr fixit.

I showed Lucy pics of Fancy Nancy....she was gaga over that doll...she has the cutest face. I need to run my butt over to Target again today and HOPEFULLY pick up one...I looked on Ebay and they wre saying "Hard to GET"...bleh blah..hopefully I dind't miss out on the dolls at Target....the clothese are sooo cute, too. Lucy just loves dolls etc...I am saving it for her bday. It wll sit on a shelf, but she is just adorable. I need to get the book or books! That is so cute that your girls are so into it!! I never ever heard of it.

I live in an old cottage house and TRY to keep it cute and well kept! People stop and ask me if I am selling it too!!! I would like to move and have more space (It's a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath) but it's fine for DD and me for the time being. I envy people with "bonus" rooms and sunrooms for toys and art supplies. But we make do.

I went to Target today and NO Fancy Nancy anything. I was hoping to get one to give to Hannah for her dance recital ... I may have to go to another city to pick one up. She "needs" one ... (Really, Mommy just likes it too!)

Target last week had Disney Zip-Loc bads in the dollar section. Little Mermaid and Little Nemo. They would be great for a Disney trip.

Too bad my kids won't eat back-pack squashed leftovers. They are too cool for that.

Each $1 pack included 10 sandwich size and 10 snack size. All printed with pictures. I did buy a set of each for home...my youngest thinks they're cute.

I have Lightening McQueen ones just like this that I got at Target last fall.

Morning gals!

Well we got soaked. 4-5 inches of rain overnight. They are calling for more today. My dh was out all morning checking fields and digging trenches to move the water. Boy...is he grouchy. You would have thought the world was ending this morning.

I am not worried yet. I will worry later today if get more though. They are calling for more severe weather.

Oh well...I know I am going to the GF no matter what. GV, RPC whatever it is...I AM GOING!!

I am so sorry about this weather!!! We got a good soaking yeaterday, but no real storms. The weather had better hold out for DS's bday party on Saturday- It is supposed to be outside!!!

I just got my second pair of MJ Crocs in the mail.....I ordered the pink camo!! Hey, they are cute!! I got two thumbs up from the girls....I feel like Bozo, but they ARE cute.

I think it's been about a year and a half since we discovered Fancy Nancy, we got a book and a few more have come out since then! We don't have the Fancy Nancy dolls but I might have to start my Christmas shopping! I give all my little girls friends a Fancy Nancy book with a boa and some fun dress up jewelry! We keep the gift closet stashed!

The funniest thing is when we walked into the GF lobby my dd4 gasped and said "Fancy Nancy would love it here!" I will never forget that moment, is was so sweet because she was amazed by the place and all week we called it our "Fancy Nancy Disney home", oh how I love having little girls

BTW we have had our AC on for a few months now! Ha Ha It is HOT HOT HOT here

yep...I can't believe i turned it on but it was sooo icky sticky at 6:30 am!!! just totally muggy and then it's raining & storming off/on now.

I just wish it were sunny so we could at least swim and work on our WDW tans. (and maybe drop a few pounds, haha )

Mandy, that is soo cute about the GF being the Fancy Nancy hotel...for sure! I am going to look for the book(s)....I just saw that doll and a few things for her at Target and Lucy was iwth me and we were just like OMG she is adorable! I bet the books are too. Morning gals!

Channing~ It is not raining yet but tomorrow they are calling for severe storms. Our road was closed yesterday since the creek was out. I had to give the girls a good lecture about water and how even though it looks fun....it is very dangerous. Lexi wanted to go look at it all day.

There is water everywhere but we are much better off than some people so I am counting my blessings. Many towns have streets and homes under water.

If it rains a lot tomorrow we could be in big trouble. Our fields are soaked and dh was out until very late last night trying to drain water. We have insurance thank goodness but there is a lot out there that do not. Our premium is $10,000 plus a year and I gripe every time I have to pay it but I am so glad we have it. A total loss would put us out of business.

I am just not going to think about it and hope for the best!

When we've been to the bfast there, Pooh, Tigger, and the Mad Hatter have been characters there along with Alice. It's not really a princessy one - unless something's changed very recently..... I bet he would like it! I am not a big fan of a big bfast, but that 1900 bfast has a lot of yummy options...it's a good one.

I am also a SWA fan. Like you, I've accumulated credit since originally booking our air. Had to change a USAir flight the other day for another trip and their change fee is $150.

Oh..I hope you can get a ressie ....It's a cute breakfast. The only thing I don't like about any of teh 1900 PF meals is it's soooo loud in there...so warning about the noise level!

Afternoon Ladies and Mike,

So I shipped my three HUGE boxes off to the Grand this morning. Each box weighted 24, 32 and 36 pounds! 5 day ground came to $66. I don't think it's that bad a price considering just how much stuff I managed to shove into those boxes!!

I went to Daffy's to get my Fergie by Kipling bag. I just couldn't get the yellow one. It's so not me. It's too "taxi cab yellow". I bought this one instead and I actually like it better:

Daffy's had this one for $49. I don't know how they got it discounted so fast when it's just hitting the stores? It's HUGE, but that's why I like it. I can carry everyone's stuff and the bag won't be heavy, it's so lightweight.

Monday at school DS4 is having a sidewalk beach party. They'll play with the sprinkler and water tables. I'm a little annoyed I have to unpack his bathing suit, flip flops and swim shirt (I packed all his swim suits!) Yes, sounds fun but we're leaving for WDW just days later and I'm trying to accomplish something!! It's also going to be 93 degrees Monday! Heat wave! Now I have to pack him a "swim bag" with all his stuff, sunscreen and a towel. Ugh! I don't need this right now!! This is just more for me to remember and more lists for me to make!!

Can you tell I'm in stress mode!!

Chan you're right. I planned everything for the boys and now I'm running around trying to gather MY stuff!!
