Hey...well...I had my three cups of coffee...straight. I wonder if the RPC staff would put out Baileys for the morning coffee?? I never do that here or there....but on vacation WITHOUT KIDS!!!! I am always too straight laced and Amish to drink on vacation when my kids are around & I am in charge of them.

I am just amazed at Dawn's news. I get chills each time I read that. It's wonderful.

OK OK...ONe last post for now......I am somebody with a messy house that doesn't want to deal with it....

I just thought Kristin would want to know that she will be there with us in spirit....and more......

Here she is all tucked safely into my Eddie B backpack........

And OH NO!!!! Well I thought she was safe!!!!! It's FREAK DOG!!!! Nobody is safe from HIM!

Kristin is easier to carry than Jose....so she gets to come....... Oh the fun we will have....... We will be nice. We'll make sure she has a great time.

Dawn That is the BEST news!!...thanks for sharing that with us.... I will be keeping your mom in my prayers....also would love to read more on your site... they have made such great strides in the treatment of lymphoma in the last 10 years...

My nephew was diagnosed with leukemia when he was a toddler (he is a healthy teen today ) so we have been involved in the Leukemia Lymphoma society for a long time....

Channing I would keep the faith too...new things are happing in all areas of the medical field every day...I'm sure there are good things ahead for Lucy too...

BTW love the Kristin doll...and freak dog!! I have a feeling we're going to see photos of them in even more places than Jose!!!!

You know those great CMs at the GF love to be accomodating...I bet they'll have no problems getting you a little baileys to go with your morning coffee... If I started my day that way I'd need a mid morning nap though....

Deb, DH is doing a lot better today. He can see a little more, not clearly, but he can see movement and he can tell what color his shirt is. DS set up his computer so that he can sit in his special chair and use the computer. That will help a lot. Now he just has to wait for his internet friends to come on so he can play golf with them.

Chan, now don't go getting Kristin in trouble. Won't Jose be mad that you are not taking him? Maybe he will be ok since none of the other kids are going?

Dawn-That is awesome news about your mom. I'm sure you are feeling a lot better also. I hope the arthritis in your DH's knee doesn't cause him too much of a problem.

Maxie-I'm glad that your DH's sight is getting better. I'm glad he can use the computer now - maybe that will give you some extra free time also.

I made the "Charile Gibson's Enchilada Casserole" yesterday for my brother and his family. My sister-in-law's grandmother is in the hospital and I thought this would be something the kids would love. I spoke to them today and they Loved it. I'm making the recipe for my DH later this afternoon.

Hope everyone has a good afternoon and evening, hopefully there will be some good commercials during the football game - Lisa.

Stressing a little...I always do before any kind of company.... not sure why ...I enjoy entertaining....except the clean up.... but DH is good about helping.....(not on a regular basis!!! just after a party...)

Dawn....That is so AWESOME!!!!! My brother in law has been cancer free for a year and a half. He had Hodkins lymphomia. It is nice to hear that DH is doing better too

Hey all

OMG....CHAN I was laughing so hard...Are you sure Baby Jose cant come??? I have a feeling freak dog would really like him!

Dawn....you know that I have used just about every adjective to describe my feelings for your Mothers miracle!

I am going to go to my Mammy and Da's house for a bit....For all of you, that is my aunt and uncle that are like my parents. It is Irish for Mother and Father....I wasnt going to but my Uncle is an out of this world cook and he is making my favorite ribs and chicken wings....I am already having flash backs of Super Sunday last year...Lets just say that I didnt drink champagne for a lonnnggg time after that! Not good...and I bet some of you thought I was going to say the Patriots lose!!!

Loving the weather in FLA next weekend!!!!

Hey all!!! I did my Target run!!!! I have everything a GF GAL needs to have a fabu time in THREE DAYS!!!!!

I am glad I did my grocery running yestesrday and Friday....it was a ZOO even trying to get into the parking lot...but Target wasn't bad.

OK....I hope Kristin isn't mad. But she looks like that Polly.....so it seemed funny. We wouldn't make you do anything we wouldn't do......

ANd....Kristin...if you are out there.....hows about if I dress you in a Princess Laia (however it's spelled) outfit??!?! Would you like that better? I know you are a fan! I think Jojo even has a pet ewok for her........If you are mad I will bring a generic Polly to symbolize all the missing GF GALS .......or I could bring a J Depp type Polly guy look alike to keep you company. There are ways around this...... I know JOjo has a pirate Polly costume somewhere....but you would not believe her Polly stash...it is amazing and a mess.

Good luck with the recipes, everybody!! I am probably making chili and wings and nachos.

Maxie...I am glad to hear the DH is getting better....and him being able to "golf" will keep him out of your hair too.

OMG! It is February 1st!!! I kinda knew it was but I was still wildly excited to see Feb 1 at the top of my newspaper this morning!!! GF HERE WE COME!!!!!!!!!!!

Chan- the Kristin doll is adorable- a great way to remember an absent gf gal!

Deb- Next Year! WooHoo! Now we have something to plan when we get home

Maxie- I am so glad DH's eyesight is improving! I know it must be terribly worrying.

Kel- As usual you dit more before I got out of bed than I did all day. BUT- Keith and the kids got the living room. dining room and kitchen ready for superbowl while I was out...first time for everything.

Siobhan- quit shopping- we are going to DTD in a few days!!! Save a little!! Wear whatever you own- we love you as you are!

Mandy- Stay warm! I know it is freezing there for you! We'll be there to shiver with you soon!!

Hi ladies!

I've been running around doing errands this afternoon. DH left for a superbowl party so I'm home with the rugrats DH usually does bath time and I have to tonight. I hate giving them baths, they flood the bathroom. DS1 does jumps and drops in the tub and the water has reached the hall! I'm dreading it!

Lisa: So happy your nieces and nephews loved the casserole!

Dawn: Wonderful news about your mom!

Maxie: Hope DH is feeling better.

Chan: Add a Tropi-glow Cocktail to the list! It's Organic X Fusion Passionfruit Vodka, with malibu rum and pineapple juice with a glow cube. I think it's the new cocktail of the year? It's sounds so yummy! I LOVE malibu and pineapple!

I was thinking this morning about Jose!!! I was wondering if he was coming along. It's only fair that you take Polly/Kristin since it's a girls only trip!

I'm so dreading bathtime. I know I'm going to get soaked! Gotta get it over with.

Oh before I forget, I stopped in Dunkin Donuts and noticed they now sell a three pack of mini 3oz coffee bags. There was no price on it. It's in a small box with Original, Hazelnut and French Vanilla. Thought that would be great for WDW

I made my wings...they were impeccable! I hope BS's turned out good too!! I just did a veggie tray, some yummy crusty bread and the wings....it was just me and my kids....and I can never make enough wings.....

OK....I am off to see what's on the tube. It's the BBB night. And not sure what else because I rarely get to watch tv anymore.

I also have a good book. And I am bringing some for the gals...some nice juicy ones for the gals....
