I ordered my tickets for Universal from DU on March 7th...it's now March 19th and I still haven't received them. I didn't upgrade the shipping because I assumed I was leaving enough time for the standard shipping. I ordered tickets from Disney the same day and received them 4 days later without upgrading the shipping. I can't find anyway to contact anyone at DU to have them double check that they were sent. I leave before the mail arrives on Friday, so they have to show up today or tomorrow or I'll be buying tickets at the park. Does anyone have any idea how to contact DU about my ticket order??
