We were onboard the Wonder August 8 - 12 and bid on and won a framed lithograph titled Voyage of Enchantment. Since we live in California we decided to have it shipped home. We were told it may take several weeks to arrive but we could call the phone number on the receipt for a tracking number. A couple of weeks after we got home I called and was told they could not give me a tracking number but if it doesn't arrive in another couple of weeks to email. I did that and received the generic response email saying give them 72 hours to respond. The next day I received a "real" email saying my email had been forewarded to someone else to handle, give her 72 hours to respond. That was Sept 22 and I still haven't heard from her. So this morning I called, happened to get the person who sent me that email and she remembered it. Said she will have the person who she forewarded it to call me when she comes in this evening. I'm not holding my breath since I'm still waiting for her email!
Has anyone else had this problem with silent auction purchases? Does anyone know a name or number for a contact person who could actually help? I know they have been through so much in Florida, but bottom line is I just want to make sure my lithograph hasn't been damaged, lost etc.
Thanks
Vickie
