Have you used Dreams Unlimited?

We are getting ready to book our trip for Sept. and I am wondering if I should go ahead and use Dreams Unlimited. We have always been pleased using AAA because they offer the best prices as far as I can tell. I understand that Dreams Unlimited will reduce your rate if a special discount code becomes available. Has this happened to anyone? Give me the scoop- (good or bad) on Dreams Unlimited.

I didn't use them to book anything for me at the resorts (I like to do that myself) but I did use them to book our Disney cruise this past December and they were easy to work with. Anytime I e-mailed a question, someone would respond back either the same day or within a day at the most.

Michelle @ DU is great. I would highly recommend. We used them for our last vacation 3 day land/4 day sea & plan on using them for our June WDW trip. We are currently waiting for discounts to come out. I love the fact that they will make PS for you. That is a major + in my book.

I've had a great experience working with Dreams. Everytime a new code came out Beth changed everything. Our ressie started out at rack rate, then when DC was released that discount was applied, when code rates became available they were changed once again to reflect the new discount and finally when AP rates were released the reservation was changed to reflect this. We have not gone on the vacation yet, but the whole notion of someone else working as hard as I do for codes etc and that help with PS's sounded like a great deal. I have not been disappointed yet and am certain that I won't be!

We have areservation booked through Dreams Unlimited for the end of Feb. We have Kelsie as our advisor. She has always gotten back to us promptly (even within 1/2 hour on a Sunday) and has kept track of the code rates and gotten them for us. We also made PS through her. I would reccommend her highly!

We used Donna last year for our cruise. We got onboard ship credit for booking during a promotion, another credit, and she also helped out with the AMEX package when Disney screwed it up.

She was very helpful and responded to emails in a very timely manner!

Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

We used Dreams Unlimited for our last trip & they did a superior job. We used a travel agent for our other 2 Disney trips & the service we got from DU was 100 times better!!! I checked prices at AAA & DU beat those prices by several hundred dollars. Initially the difference was not that much, but our DU rep. kept applying codes as they became available & the cost of our trip was eventually reduced almost $1000 from the original quoted price.

As others have mentioned, your DU rep. will make all your priority seating arrangements so that will save you on the long distance phone calls.

I was initially hesitant to book over the internet, but it turned out to be much easier than going to a local travel agency. Whenever I had a question or wanted to change something I just e-mailed our rep. & she would very promptly respond back to me via e-mail.

I would highly recommend Dreams Unlimited!

I've used Dreams a few times too & they are great! I've booked my own rooms through AAA (cheapest early on if you don't have DC) and transferred it to DU. When AP rates came out, they rebooked for me at the lower price.

They were also very helpful when we had a billing issue after we returned. DU had Disney investigate it for us & we didn't have to do anything except send an email! The service is wonderful

Our next cruise isn't for a zillion months but DU is also handling that for us.

I've used them for 3 trips so far and am getting ready to book a fourth. They are wonderful to work with and they have always saved me money, not to mention long distance phone calls and time on hold. Making all my PS seatings is a great time saver for me. I don't have to remember which days I need to call to get what I want. I am very happy with their service. (Thanks Merrie! )

I've used Cathy Miller from Dreams and she was spectacular! It was so nice just to sit back and let them do all the work. All I had to do was call the Allstars for my room request and call Fort Wilderness about a special menu for my husband for the Hoop Dee Doo. Everything else, Cathy took care of. If we're able to, DH and I will be visiting in May of this year and I will be using Dreams and Cathy again!

I guess we must be one of the few who have had a problem with Dreams Unlimited. I used them to book a room only reservation. On their reservation request screen there was no mention of any non-refundable cancellation policy. It also stated that no deposit was requried. I read this carefully because I was not entirely certain of our plans & thought that a change in dates or total cancellation of the trip was a possibility. Seeing that I seemingly had nothing to lose, I went ahead with the reservation. When I received my confirmation, it stated that the deposit of one night's rate was non-refundable. AND my credit card had already been billed for 3 nights!! Thankfully, we were able to continue on with the trip, although we did not stay as many nights as I had reserved, & received no credit for early departure, but the rate was reasonable enough that we could absorb the loss. However, I am now leery of using them due to the misinformation on their website which conflicted with the information in the confirmation. Suggest you consider printing the reservation page for documentation should you need it...When I contacted the Dreams rep, my reply was "this is part of a promotion we have been running & not our usual policy"...fine, but the traveler should know that up front

Our very first experience with Dreams started out not so good. Everything worked out, though and we had a good trip.

A little time went by, and I decided to try again, but I was a little leary. I'm so glad we gave them another chance! Unfortunately, we ended up having to cancel that trip. Dreams was fabulous and very helpful--our rep went above and beyond to assist.

We're leaving next week and booked through Dreams a third time. It has been a wonderful experience. Cathy Miller is our rep and has been great! She responds almost immediately to any questions, she made all of our priority seating reservations, and took our many changes with good grace and a great sense of humor.

I highly recommend Dreams Unlimited and will definitely use them again.

We used DU for our trip in October and had Regina as our agent. She was great! We will be using her again for our land/sea vacation too. Always very prompt and got us the best rate. Also booked all the PS for us.

Another vote for DU! Used them twice, the second time for multiple rooms for an extended family trip. Misti was great to work with! Now I am really wishing that DU would offer me a job because I think I could do this and be quite happy doing it!

I see that you live in Va. Beach and are going to WDW in Sept. What a small world. I also live in Va. Beach and will be in WDW in Sept. Perhaps we can gaet together while we are down there???
