I was wondering what kind of timeframe I could expect. I ordered on Wednesday, got a call from a rep. on Thursday to confirm, and I really thought that by today (Monday) I would have heard something.
If you have used them, I'd love to hear about your experience!

here it is Wednesday again so it's been a week. I got a call yesterday from a different rep. who confirmed all the info that I had gone over with the first rep (I got the feeling that he was no longer working there, so that could be why I didn't hear from anybody). So now I'm waiting again but if I don't get results by the end of the week, I'm going to have to put it off until July. I'm kind of bummed b/c I was finally READY and now I'm just waiting, and waiting. (I'm not a good waiter!)
