Have you received your cashouts from CR?

I have a CR account but haven't been doing it for a long time. I seem to remember reading on here that some people have had trouble cashing out and getting their rewards.

Is that true?

I'm only several hundred point away from being able to cash out. Is it worth my time to finish?

I have been having tons of problems with CR since before Christmas. I have not tried to cash out yet, so can't really answer that question. My problems are with purchases that I made and have not been credited for. There were 3 that I had to inquire with CR about and one I finally did receive. The other two are large purchases from Best Buy and they just keep telling me that they have "put in a request with the merchant to verify the purchase". This has been going on since early January. They also owe me 750 points for making 4 purchases during the holidays that I've yet to see either.

As soon as I receive my points (if every) I am ditching CR forever. I don't have the time to waste with "begging" for my points to be credited.
