We saw Joey Lawrence filming that show he was in with his two brothers (can't remember the name off hand). He and his brothers were at the boat dock at Fort Wilderness. This was a couple of years ago. All of the teenage girls were going nuts.

On the Aug 18, 2002 wonder cruise, Rick Fox from the LA Lakers(?) was on our cruise. The kids in the teen club were told to leave him alone. Whenever my DD saw a really tall guy she would ask me if that was him. I didn't have a clue, I'm not into basketball.

We've seen Sid Caesar, Connie Stevens, and Douglas Fairbanks Jr. at MGM Studios. They were there to put there hands in the cement in front of The Great Movie Ride (Hollywood's Chinese Theater). We did get Sid Caesar's autograph. Patty :earsgirl:

:( We were getting off the Wonder in April as Aaron Carter was arriving. Sis saw Richard Hatch (1st Survivior winner) at guest services.

hi, i believe on our last cruise, june 2000, joe namath was onboard along with neice or daughter. this was according to CM's on the ship; i didn't actually see him. barb:Pinkbounc

hi, on our last dcl cruise in june 2001, a CM told us that joe namath was onboard along with a neice or daughter. we never saw him, but heard others talking about it. it was the magic eastern cruise. barb

Kenny Anderson the pro basketball player was on the 8/3/02 Western Magic cruise. They had the table next to us in the dining rooms and were a very nice family. Their daughter hung out with my teens most of the cruise.

People were very respectful of their privacy.

Yep, we met the biggest DCL celebrities around(around here at least)...Barb & Tony! ;) :)

I saw my absolute favorite actor Nicholas Cage at Disneyland on Easter Sunday a few years ago. He was with his son and was being escorted by a Disney CM. I ran to see him but did not bother him. Funny was his then wife, Patricia was skipping behind them holding hands with a girlfriend. Kinda weird. It was right after he won the oscar for Leaving Las Vegas. I just remember thinking he was thin and tall.

The young actress who voiced LILO in the Lilo & Stich movie was on the 8/24 cruise. She signed autographs a few times throughout the cruise. She was very sweet and very pretty. Here name is Daveigh...

Rick Fox!!!:smooth: Dang, I would have loved to have been on THAT cruise. I am a major Lakers fan and Rick Fox is a...FOX! ;) :teeth:

Whitney Houston Bobby Brown and fam were on our Aug 2001 cruise. I also saw John Stamos ans Rebecca in Epcot this Christmas.

Joe Namath and daughter (& niece?) were on our cruise too ... July 20, 2002. He must really like DCL cruises! I felt bad for him one day. He was relaxing at the adult pool bar and people kept bugging him to pose for a picture with them. MY DH INCLUDED IN THAT GROUP! We really enjoyed his talk at Rockin' Bar D. He told us all about his career, passed his Superbowl ring around so the kids on stage could get a close look, and then signed autographs to a never-ending crowd of people. He was an AWESOME speaker! That was definitely a highlight of our cruise. It was fun seeing him around the ship all week too! Tommy Smothers was on the same cruise (you baby boomers know who I'm talking about!) and John Lasseter, Creative, Executive Producer from PIXAR Studios. John Lasseter did a presentation on the making of Monsters, Inc. Another great highlight of our cruise. In my opinion, he's the "Steven Speilberg" of animation!! The guy's a genious!!!

Not on DCL, but on our honeymoon in August of 1993, we saw Princess Diana with her two boys. It was funny because we were in line for Splash Mountain and I mentioned to my husband that there was a woman at the front of the queue who "bears a striking resemblance to Princess Di." Imagine our shock that night when back in the hotel, on the news, they announced that Princess Diana was at Disneyworld and they were paying people for sending in any home video that might have her on it. They showed a photo from that day, and sure enough--- the woman we saw bore a striking resemblance to Princess Diana because she WAS Princess Diana.

not in Disney. Family and I were going through security at MCO and my DD spotted Horace Grant from the Orlando Magic basketball team. She walked right up to him and said hello and shook his hand. She'snot shy at all. We rode the tram with him and the whole time I was trying NOT to be one of those star gazers just looking from the corner of my eye!;)

Last December we were at Marrakesh having dinner and I noticed a very petite blond a few tables away. I commented to my husband that she looked like Kelly Ripa and "doesn't her husband even look like Kelly's husband?" Well, duh! Indeed it was them with their two small children and some others. She seemed just as beautiful and personable as she does on tv. A few days later we were walking into MK and there she was again this time with Regis! They were taping the Christmas parade!

A few years back my sister and I were dining at the Contemporary for a character dinner. There was a fairly large party at the next table with the cutest little blonde boy of about 2 yrs old. There was a man sitting at the table, and I kept saying to myself, "that looks like Dick Enberg". We took a couple of pictures of the little boy with the characters. When we got them developed, the man was in one of the pictures. And sure enough, it WAS Dick Enberg.
Another time we were at the Brown Derby, and John Astin was there for dinner. I got his autograph on my MGM Studios guide pamphlet.
On our cruise on 08/11/01, Leonard Maltin, the movie critic was on board.

While playing inside DisneyQuest, my brother's girlfriend at the time and I were trying to yell directions to the guys while they were playing that RC car driving game. Well, I happened to look over and saw a cast member leading this pretty lady, her child, and this scrubby looking guy in black jeans and a ratty t-shirt over to the rapids adventure. I commented to my DH-to-be how terrible it was for people to show up looking so nasty on vacation. To my horror, when I got a better look at the guy I realized it was Joe Perry from Aerosmith!!! I'd completely forgotten that the band was down for the big space shuttle launch.

Ultimate gawking moment was while taking at the Disney Institute (I miss that place). I was in a cooking class and happened to turn around. I saw several people peeking in (not unusual) and then noticed that one of them looked a lot like Roy Disney Jr. Low and behold, IT WAS!!! My gawking got others curious and suddenly whole class it trying to steal glances. Our instructor said, "Yes everyone, let's wave at Mr. Disney." We waved, he waved, and then his group went on its way. A few seconds later my mom, who was taking a different class, runs in screaming she needed the camera (I totally forgot I had it). I give it to her thinking that Mr. Disney must be in her classroom and she wanted to take pictures. Nope, she didn't even notice who she'd walked by (she has an uncanny ability to walking into, next to, or sitting in close proximity to stars but never know it). She needed a camera to take pictures of the project her class was working on. EGADS!
