I've been meaning to come on and post a review of Best Price Mobility for ages, but I never seem to get time to come on.
I've used them three times now, and will use them again next time we visit.
To be totally honest, the first vacation I had an problem with the
ecv, it just wouldn't go anymore, rang them late in the evening, and it was replaced the next day early - they would have replaced it that night if I was desperate but we weren't, so next day was fine. They even offered to collect the ecv from the room if I couldn't get it back to bell services. No problems for the rest of that vacation, and great service.
Second vacation, the
scooter wouldn't hold its charge from the minute we got it. Tried to charge it, in case that was all it needed, but no luck. Rang them, and got another one delivered the next day, unfortunately it was the wrong one for me, so rang them again, and got the right one the next day. No problems after that. I was promised a refund for the time lost, and after emailing the lady in charge, this was sorted out immediately.
Third and most recent vacation, no problems at all. Wonderful time. And it means I can go to Disney!
I always think the true value of a company (for me) is how they deal with issues if they occur, and I had MUCH better service from Best Price Mobility than from our previous vendor (still waiting for 2 refunds for over 2 and a half years now from Apple Scooters!), which is why we tried Best Price Mobility , and I will keep using Best Price Mobility now, as they are so helpful and a good service.
