I had asked about this company some time ago, but because few people have used them and reported back, there is not much feedback for them here on the DIS.
I was going to wait and give my report, but since you asked...

We rented two go-gos from them from sep 10-17.
We had no problems with the scooters; had one three wheeled and one four wheeled.
Scooters were dropped off with bell services the day before we arrived, which was a bit surprising.
All phone contact was very friendly and helpful, unlike the hint of attitude we received from another company.
They were very patient with our questions and multiple phone calls to get everything arranged as we changed our minds about what scooters to rent.

We had no problems in the parks, and since we had minivans, it was easy transporting the scooters.
The batteries lasted each day for the entire day of park time, and the battery lights never went under the green.
We charged them each night to make sure they had a full charge to start the following day.

The only reason I am withholding final review is that we have not seen the final credit card charges yet, since we just turned them in yesterday.
Barring any issues there, our experience with them was great.

I will report back as soon as I know there were no issues with the final charges.
We would definitely rent from them again at this point.

We don't seem to have much feedback on that vendor. That doesn't necessarily mean anything bad, just that DISer's haven't reported much here.

I found a couple of threads where Best Price Mobility is mentioned -- mainly just someone saying "we used them" rather than a review. I didn't find any negative posts in the past year, if that helps.

I've been meaning to come on and post a review of Best Price Mobility for ages, but I never seem to get time to come on.

I've used them three times now, and will use them again next time we visit.

To be totally honest, the first vacation I had an problem with the ecv, it just wouldn't go anymore, rang them late in the evening, and it was replaced the next day early - they would have replaced it that night if I was desperate but we weren't, so next day was fine. They even offered to collect the ecv from the room if I couldn't get it back to bell services. No problems for the rest of that vacation, and great service.

Second vacation, the scooter wouldn't hold its charge from the minute we got it. Tried to charge it, in case that was all it needed, but no luck. Rang them, and got another one delivered the next day, unfortunately it was the wrong one for me, so rang them again, and got the right one the next day. No problems after that. I was promised a refund for the time lost, and after emailing the lady in charge, this was sorted out immediately.

Third and most recent vacation, no problems at all. Wonderful time. And it means I can go to Disney!

I always think the true value of a company (for me) is how they deal with issues if they occur, and I had MUCH better service from Best Price Mobility than from our previous vendor (still waiting for 2 refunds for over 2 and a half years now from Apple Scooters!), which is why we tried Best Price Mobility , and I will keep using Best Price Mobility now, as they are so helpful and a good service.

Just checking back in to say that I haven't forgotten about this.
Still waiting to hear from SIL about the final charges. She hasn't checked on it yet.
Sorry for the delay, but she has been sick since the morning we left WDW. She had to be 9-1-1'd to the hospital that day, and she and her DH couldn't come home till the next day.
I don't want to pester her with all she's been through!
But as soon as I get word from her that all was well with the final billing, I will let you know.

We just returned from 4 days having rented from Best Price for two scooters.

Both worked great, and while we recharged them every night, they never came off of "full green" power level after full days at the park.

Best price also provided small bungee cords to strap their canes to the back of the chairs.

I was overall very pleased, and would definitely rent with Best Price again!

I had initially tried to contact Buena Vista about renting, due to the generally good reviews here, but every time I tried to reach them I ended up on extended holds (tried several times). This did give me concerns about renting from them- if there was a problem with the scooter would I be able to get through? Best Price picked up right away both times I called, and they were very helpful!

Sorry it took so long to get the final info from the renter in our party.
All is well with the final charges to her credit card.
That was the last thing I was waiting to hear about.
So, my last word on the subject...

Best Price Mobility was a great place for us to rent our scooters!

We need more people who have rented from BPM to post reviews for this company.
Please, if you use them, take time to come back and let your fellow Disers know how it went!
It will give others the info they need to make an informed decision.
