How are we doing with getting into the site?

A reminder -- on the first page you can use a User ID and password you have created for any other Disney site (Disney Store, Disney World, ESPN, Regis & Kelly, etc.)

The third time must be the charm because I entered my ID that was sent correctly three times before it was accepted. That was around 8:20am.

Thanks for the update Melody. Looks like DVC was working on 9:00 a.m. EDT start. Got in okay now, too.

5AM Eastern - LOL! In San Diego, I slept peacefully through that hour and didn't try until 6AM Pacific.

No problems getting in once I realized that you don't enter the new id/pin in the fields initially presented to you. I walked through the Registration page with no worries!

i was going to wait until this morning, but at 1:30 am i woke up and couldnt go back to sleep so i thought , hmmmm i think i will see if the site is up and running, well OMG! i wish i was warned and known my volume was up, if i wasnt a wake at the time i sure was after finally figuring about logging on, the music evry time i clicked onto another page, lol.lol

and after reading a post about already registered with disney, it makes sense why it wouldnt take my username,lol.lol


its just like the disney site, and dvc info only , nothing to keep track of the points.......


they should hire CASKBILL, lol.lol

I finally called and they tried to walk me through it. Still could not get in. Then they tried to register me and it just would not take. They asked for my number and said they needed to kick it to the technical people and are going to call me back.

Oh well, glitches do occur. They will get it fixed, I am sure.

Just registered. It only took about 2 minutes.

It first went fine - thanks to this site - I knew I need my old ID - well after I register (oh by the way it told me it took it) - I had to leave the website.

tried to get back on and guess what it wanted me to register again - well I did now it is refusing to take it -

I just don't think DVC tested this system properly before releasing it.

This morning I could get to the log in screen where I was told I was "invalid". This afternoon I can not even get to the log in screen. Your Dues at Work.

I got 2 id/passwords -so I tried the second one - then I also noticed for some unknown reason - despite everything else being there - the state was missing?????

very silly in my opinion - you have to kept putting back in the state.

Still haven't got my log in details or my password but at least others in the UK have started to get their membership numbers so not long to wait hopefully!

Yes, I just registered. I needed my trusty little black book of passwords, to get my Disney sign in one. I wish I always used the same, but at least I haven't lost my book yet!

I cannot view the virtual tours. It keeps telling me I have to download flash, but in their download section, is says I have the current version.

Just got home from work, walked the dog, took in the neighbors' mail (they are away), fed the dog and got into the new member website on the first try!
Yippee!
It looks very nice. No ability to make ressies and I could not get the countdown to work. It would not take any date beyond the first of the month, any month. But the important thing is that I'm in. I used the same registered name that I have always used on the Disney sites. It was easy to register.
Now off to making dinner and to my meeting tonight.
