Well

Its The International Radio Operators Alphabet, it goes as follows:A= Alpha,B= Bravo,C= Charlie,D= Delta,E= Echo,F= Foxtrot,G= Golf,H= Hotel,I= India,J= Juliet,K= Kilo,L= Lima, M=Mike,N= November,O= Oscar,P= Papa,Q= Quebec,R= Romeo,S= Sierra,T= Tango,U= Uniform,V= Victor,W= Whiskey,X= X-Ray,Y= Yankee,and Z= Zulu.

Why do this you ask? Because I have been sitting here waiting for Donna to get ready since 11:00AM and its now 1PM and I'm going insane she has been dressing and watching that $%)^@# Female channel Oxygen and keeps sitting down to watch Style courtroom, stripped (which I thought was something else all together) it ended up being a show about makeup, and some other worthless air time stuff....

I'm going insane waiting so I decided to learn the Radio operators alphabet that why.

And Misery love company so I'm sharing.... SO THERE!!!:teeth:

The poor man species...they have it so rough!!!!!

As you noted he is "sitting " there waiting....while I shower...take out the dog...dry my hair...feed the animals... do 2 loads of laundry...time to take out the dog again...(he asked him, but he thought he was playing:crazy:

Make the bed..get dressed...answer the phone...he has one right beside him:confused:

And now I am ready, and he is still "sitting" at his computer:hyper:

And fixed the roof, tuned up the cars, washed your van shampooed the upstairs carpet, combed the cats. And rewired the security system.... oh you poor little spoiled mama's girl you.

Application now being taken for a new less whiny wife... Remember girls I have pins.

Hey Ed, Can I submit a partial application.
I want the pins, but I had a husband once. Don't want to do that again.
Donna, let me tell you all about the other side. Watch Lifetime TV all day, you can never get enough of the Golden Girls or the Nanny.
Go out when you want, come home when you want. Cook when you are hungry, eat whatever you want, no need to make meat and potatoes every day, a salad makes a nice meal.
Go to WDW when you want............wait, you have that part already.
Buy all the pins you want...........wait, you have that too.

I still want the pins, but you can't talk me into the husband thing no matter what. Peggie

Geez, Ed, Poor Donna. She' the one with the WHINY husband. No wonder you think
she's off watching TV. She's got more whine in that house than the local liquer store.
Donna, I am sending you an invisible cosmo.
P.S. Ed, I learned that alphabet a long time ago while waiting for MY husband.

Martha :teeth:

The men bashing has begun

Look at it this way I finally found a way to curse and keep the filters in Check.

Like holy Sierra Hotel.... well you get the drift :teeth:

Hey Matt and Lauri can I say this stuff and still be legal?

If not I'm really Sierra Charlie Romeo Echo Whiskey Echo Delta.

Ed, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a husband who takes care of his wife - you should be spoiling her :)!

I learned that alphabet about 20 years ago & still refer to it.

The best phonetic alphabet is the one for spies. In this all the words are constructed so the first letter is either silent or pronounced in an unexpected (according to the English llanguage) manner. Unfortunately I am missing four of the letters:

Try to memorize these, and you will help to confuse people:

Aesthete, Bdellium, Ctenoid, Djinn, Euphony, Fnese, Gnomen, Honor, Iatrogenic, Junker (or Juarez), Knight, Llama, Mnemonics, N??, Oedipus, Ptarmigan, Quiche, R??, S??, Tsar, Urn, V??, Wraith, Xyster, Ypres, Zhmud.

:headache: :duck: :upsidedow

Know it!! I think I dream in it. I get to use this everyday of my life.

Hey we also get to use cool codes to talk behind people's backs. Get more than 2 of us in a room and we can hold a whole conversation without ever letting on what we are talking.

Well guess I am gonna be code 4 - no phone, for now.
