Here's a sample of a day:
Upon rising: 8 oz green tea or warm water with juice of 1/2 lemon
breakfast: Juice 3 carrots, 2 stalks celery, 1 cucumber, 1 beet, 1/2 lemon, 1/4 cup parsley and 1" gingerroot.
10 AM - Juice 4 carrots, 2 stalks celery, 1/2 lemon and 1/4 cup parsley.
Lunch: Blend 2 tomatoes, 1 avocado, 1/2 carrot, 1/4 bell pepper and 3/4 cup almond milk (makes 2 bowls)
2 PM - Juice 10 oz green vegetables of your choice adding lemon and ginger to taste.
4 PM - Salad with 1 cub shredded carrots, 1 TBS lemon juice, 1 TBS olive oil, and dash of cinnamon.
Dinner: Creamy tomato soup (left over from previously prepared lunch)
Before Bed: 8 oz of warm water with juice of 1/2 lemon.
