Due to health problems, I am considering speaking with my boss about taking half hour lunches instead of an hour and then working just 9-1 one day per week. I'd be missing 6 hrs per week and they can adjust my salary accordingly. With proper time management and utilizing the skills of my asst., this can be done with no problem. Just wondering if anyone has done this in a place where this has never been done before? My other thought is to work from home 1-2 days per week....the work I do CAN be done that way, just not sure he'd be open to it.
