OK my husband and I are thinking of planning a trip to Disney in September. We are currently thinking about going Wed. September 3rd to Monday September 8th. I know I will be taking four classes in the fall...either Mondays/Wednesdays or on Tuesdays/Thursdays.

Lately a lot of my friends have been acting like I am INSANE for taking a vacation during the semester. Has anyone else ever done that? How did it work for you? Did people say anything to you? :confused3

I'm doing it in May. As long as it's not on like a Mid Term or Final Examination week, I don't see the big deal.

I actually went to WDW during my fall finals my junior year of college. I just told my professors at the start of the term and took all of my test beforehand. I would just let your professors know you'll be gone, but as long as their syllabi are complete then you'll be able to work ahead before the trip. Have fun - September is a great time to visit!

Last i checked Disney is far more fun than class haha consider it a mental health class and as long as it isn't interfering with anything major go for it! :)

For me it would depend on the teachers attendance policy. Some of my professors are pretty strict on absenses regaurdless of the reason. I wouldn't miss any of those even for Disney! Although it's easy to say that now....we'll see how I feel in April when Senioritis has fully set in!
