Have you ever got stuck in an item of clothing

Oh Lord yes. It was awful. I was trying on a prom dress and when I had to take it off, the zipper was stuck. So I attempted to pull it over my head. I was trapped! My arms were stuck straight in the air and the dress was in my face and I couldn't breathe. My sister-in-law and mother could only hear muffled screams and saw the tops of my hands flailing about above the dressing room door and knew something was wrong. So they crawled under the door, and they were too afraid to tear the dress so they had to call the girls who worked there in. So I had like 6 people in there trying to pull me out of this dress. I didn't have a bra on and of course the dress gets stuck again right as it is above my boobs so everyone got a good look at them for like 3 minutes. It was traumatic. I have never gone to that store since and that was ten years ago lol

When I was about 5-6 months pregnant with my second daughter, I got 'stuck' in a nightgown I was trying on. Apparently, way too tight fitting for this preggo momma (think it got stuck around my boobs) and it took me ages to get out of it. Worst part was that my oldest was with me in the change room (I remember she was just days away from her 2nd birthday as we were also shopping for her birthday at the time) and she started to cry when she saw I was stuck!! So there I am, trying to get out of this damn nightgown without ripping it (though I would've in the end just to get out of it and pay for it anyway) and trying to calm down my upset toddler at the same time. :worship: Somehow I got out of it without ripping it and bought it anyway as I felt I had stretched it out and felt badly about it. Can't remember if I ever wore it after I gave birth or not? :confused3

No, I don't think I've ever been stuck in an article of clothing. But occasionally an article of clothing gets stuck in ME. Like the southern hemisphere on the other side of the world.

$500 Bridesmaid dress, was safety pinned in because my bra. was showing in the back. I was as sick as a dog so I went home early and alone. My house was a 45 minute drive from the wedding venue.I tried for an hour to figure out how to get it undone eventually I cut it off. My family found me passed out on the floor, best we can figure between the pneumonia and the struggle to escape from the thick velvet dress I just dropped.
I had a really similar experience (except for the sick part - poor you! :flower3:). I was an "absentee" bridesmaid once - I was only able to fly in for the actual wedding, the night before. They had done their best to guess at my size and have the dress altered by my measurements, but when I put it on, it definitely needed a little MacGyver'ing. I was stitched, pinned and clipped into the thing an hour before the ceremony and as the day rushed by I forgot all about it. I was beat when I headed off to my hotel afterwards and didn't realize how screwed I was until it was too late to enlist help. I ended up sleeping in the thing and showing up in the ruffled, bowed, shiny emerald green satin monstrosity to brunch the next day. Pretty sure everybody though I was doing the "walk of shame"...:rotfl2:

I got my foot kinda stuck in a boot once.,it was a pull on boot. The kind that are perfect after breaking in but stiff at first. Yes, I whacked myself in the head pulling it off.
