Forgot to pick my daughter up at daycare.

My parents forgot to come get me at the end of summer camp when I was 11. I'd been gone for a month (apparently, they thought that pick-up day was the next day). Luckily, the pick-up wasn't that far from home (the camp drove us into a pick-up location in the city), so it wasn't like they were five hours away.

Yes. One time Mom and I were going to WDW on a Florida Resident rate, so I needed my DL to check in. Got to the front desk and didn’t have it. Mom had to drive my car and we went back home to look for it (I didn’t want to get a ticket for driving without it). I’d forgotten to put it back in my wallet after going to the bank on the way home from work that day. It was still in the bank envelope on the kitchen table.
