Have you done a Disney photomosaic puzzle?

Bought one of these for my DD for Christmas (Tigger bouncing Piglet - 1000 pcs.) I never dreamed it would be so hard! And we normally love putting together puzzles! We haven't even gotten the outside border done!! Admittedly my eyes aren't what they used to be. Is there any trick to making it easier?

I've done two and once you get it done you'll want to get it framed so it can never be taken apart!!! I framed the Mickey one for our basement family room and the Eeyore one for my dd10's room.
Our Mickey one came with a bigger poster so we used a magnifying glass to look for specific pieces.
The Eeyore puzzle did not come with a poster and was much harder. We grouped the pieces by color and tried to fit them together from there. Again, we used a magnifying glass.
Good luck! They do look pretty cool when they're done.

I bought the Mickey one for my 80 yo dad who loves to do puzzles. It took him months to finish it! We now have it framed! We have a Puzzle It store at the MOA, and the owner there says the most difficult photomozaic puzzle is the balck and white Elvis one.

I am starting on my second one this weekend. They are difficult but so worth it when you get finish.

I love Photomosaic puzzles and have completed the Mickey one from the Disney series. I am looking for the Walt Disney one and no store I have ever been in has it. Does anyone know where I can get this particular puzzle??

We did the Mickey one. I bought a good magnifying glass and that helped a lot.

DH and I finised the Mickey Mouse one that we got for Christmas in a week. Only to find out that it was missing TWO pieces. This is very exasperating (in my best Donald Duck voice). We are still waiting to hear back from the company to see if they will send us the missing pieces.
