However, the pics of the Presidential Suite at the WL look great. Plus, staying in a Presidential has to be too cool! Choices, choices! I'm sorry we'll be missing each other in Vegas.

Thanks everyone! We are very happy. Mommy and new daughter are doing well and should be coming home Sunday or Monday.

We are already planning our next trip in January. Staying Wilderness Lodge Concierge....of course!

KerryCM or anyone that may know. You mentioned that you send your planner a gift. Where do you send it and how far in advance of your trip?? I am assuming that you don't get to see your planner at all which is why you send it instead of taking it down like the rest of the gifts. If you could let me know the procedure, I would appreciate it. Next weekend is the Fall Forest Craft Festival down in my hometown Keosauqua and the Villages of Van Buren County, Iowa. Tons of neat crafts and I would like to pick a few things up for these people.

sfbank please look back in this thread a few pages. There is a post from concierge about the very strict policy regarding gifts. The conclusion was food items that all can share or letters of praise will not cause any problems for the concierge cms but the situation is so complicated, it would be better to read the whole post.
