Have things really changed that much in 2.5 years?

I have only had lotion at AKV Concierge, in a studio both times (and a USA Today, too!). I think I also got the paper in other Jambo rooms- can't remember for sure, sorry!

And EVERYWHERE I have stayed so far I have gotten replacement soaps/shampoos/conditioners with my trash & towel (BCV, AKV, OKW, SSR- oops, BLT wasn't long enough)- at BWV, we weren't there long enough (either) for me to compare! Ironically, the one upgrade we ever got was at BWV- we reserved a 1 bdrm preferred view, and at check-in they gave us BW view. We were on DVC cash discount, too. This was in Nov. 2008.
