Am new to this ding biz. Has anyone seen a STL/MCO in the past? This last ding there weren't even any flights from STL. I was wondering if it was because the MCO flights (most) don't originate here and the originating city is the one getting Dings.

Also, I can't load ding onto my work computer. They don't allow foreign programs. If there's a ding fare out there, do you have to go in through the Ding window to get that fare or does it come up on the regular website too?

Thanks!

I've had ding since it 1st started. I've seen STL/MCO maybe 2 times..I believe the price was approx 99 each way...Not much of a savings. If I ever get another ding. I will gladly post it. By the way, sign up for SWA emails you can get some good deals. They just had 59.00 each way .. I'm not sure of the dates. However, Sept 2004 we were able to get this deal. Great flight times and non stops. Hope this helps! Also, ding prices can only be booked through the ding site.

Thanks for the reply.

I have had some good $59 or $79 one ways just thru their normal weekly sales. The current $59 offer for FL is only good to 10/4 (I think it was) but am looking for first part of November.

Will see what happens. American's sale to FL doesn't go past end of Sept. either. I guess w/hurricane season the airlines are looking to fill planes up in September when folks are more leary of going to FL. They will probably have a little better prices come up a month.

Will just have to wait and see. It wouldn't be a bad thing to not go and save some $ for a change!

I've seen a couple of Ding prices for STL to MCO in the past couple of months but for travel before October. Like you I'm waiting for a later date...12/18 and 12/25. We live down by Carbondale so STL is our nearest airport and we'd prefer to travel from it, but Nashville TN is about 3 1/2 hours and Indianapolis is 4 hours, so if they have substantial savings we'd fly from one of those. I just keeping checking back to the site, check the email notifications when they arrive, and my ding...wish they'd get to our travel dates soon though.
If I see any STL/MCO ding rates I'll try to post them.
