Nope - no general or AP discounts. Some folks have gotten postcards or emails with PIN numbers that had discounts. There are several threads about it like "I got a postcard" kinda thing.

Hi: I just can't figure out the postcard thing, we have been 6 times since the 90's and have never received a postcard. My neighbor who has only been once received a postcard a few years ago, but is not as interested as I in wdw so they did not use it.

I called wdw to ask how to get on either an email list for codes or postcard and they say that it is random.
