Have the 5+2 package booked but need to decrease # of people

We have the 5+2 package booked Nov 11 - 19. It is myself, DH, DS,infant DD, and my mom. My dad is terminal with Cancer and we are not sure if he will be well enough for my mom to make the trip with us. We are not worried about him passing while we are gone, we are unsure how he will be handling his chemo at the time.

We haven't made the final payment yet. Does anyone know if we can keep the 5+2 package but just drop my mother from the mix? But here is the catch. If my dad is able she might still make the trip. In that case she would get a 7 day PHP.

Does anyone know if this is possible to do?

I believe you can make modifications to the package, but you should call as soon as you can. If you get within the 45-day window there will be penalties.
