Have just booked

I have planned to take DD and DH to DisneyParis in Jan of this year - but the whole getting a job thing didn't pan out for me until April. But have just come back from visiting my Best mate in Florida and took a spur of the moment half day trip to WDW Orlando and fell in love with everythign Disney. So last night Hubby and I booked up for 3 days 2 nights from 27th Jan for my daughter's 4th Birthday staying at Santa fe and with a Cinderella lunch booked for the Saturday.

Can anyone offer any advice about the best things to do, magic surprises, restaurants, rides etc.

Also have I been silly in booking this early? the 25% discount seemed too good to be true?

Quite ridiculously excited.

I think you've already booked the nicest treat for your DD, the Princess meal at Auberge. I've not been there since it became the Princess meal but the restaurant really is beautiful and the food looks delicious.

I don't think it's silly to book early - if you leave it too long transport prices only rise. We ummed and ahhed about whether to book with 30% for our last trip as the previous two years had 40% discount - in the end we booked with 30% and were glad we did as a better offer never came along. There may be better discounts offered later on but then again there may not so I think if you're happy enough with the price to book it then it's a good enough offer. If a better offer does come along for your dates you can always consider upgrading to a different hotel to benefit from it.
