Have a Question about DVC

Hello,

My family and I are considering joining the DVC but we have no idea how it works. Could someone help us out? How does it work? Is there an annual fee? Is it a good idea?

Hi, I sent you a pm about it. We joined 2 years ago and have absolutely no regrets other than not being able to buy more points.

DVC is Disney's version of a timeshare, but very different from the typical timeshare where you purchase a specific location and specific week. There is a minimum purchase of 150 points from DVC (at about $100 a point) but you can purchase resale at slightly less. Dues run about $4.50 a year per point on top of the initial purchase.
