Help! I'm at the parks now and have MM . My DH's MDE account manages the whole family. Only half of our pics show up and I've realized that when my band is scanned the pics don't show up. What am I doing wrong?

Are you giving it enough time? The pics can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.

Yes. It's been about 36 hours. Today, my husband's mine train photos showed up but not mine

Favoriting does nothing except show them in the favorites folder. You would have to favorite them individually. To download them all you hit memory maker download all.

i can't find the download all option? what am i missing?

so i prepaid for the memory maker, and it's listed in my little booklet that i got....but when i click on download a picture, it's giving me a price....didn't preordering memory maker make it so i can download them all for free? what am i missing??

Your memory maker is not currently linked to the mydisneyexperience account you are using to view your photos. Is it listed under reservations?

it was, but i don't see it anymore...we got home last night and now everything is listed under past items, but memory maker isn't there...but i have it in the information i was mailed and it was linked to our magic bands since i can see all my pictures....i assume i'd be best off calling and finding out what happened?

i do see it listed online on the mde, just not on my app....have the confirmation number and everything

It won't show in the app, nothing photo related does. Yeah, they'll be able to see what's up with it. But if it's charging you it means there isn't a memory maker linked.

How does MM work for ride photos if you do not have a magic band? We are going with my bro/sis in law and want to split a MM but they are off property and won't have MB (and aren't really interested in buying them as if they buy 1, they need to buy 6).

Also, are all photos taken during MNSSHP included with MM? Are there a lot of photographers around during the party?

Once I purchase memory maker do I need to do anything to have the pictures scanned on my party's MB go into my account? No one has their own MDE, I control them all, but we likely will often be separated. I bought MM when I bought the tickets and ordered the bands, but nothing has arrived yet. Thanks!

I have Memory Maker purchased, we are back from our trip (BOOOOOO!!!), and I'm looking at all of our amazing photopass photos. When downloading photos the preset is 4x6 for almost all photos but there is an option for 5x7 and 8x10. I have "downloaded all" to my computer without making any changes. Do I need to change the size of all the photos and download again to have the larger sizes or is the quality the same once downloaded?

If you don't have a magic band, you can have the MM card scanned (I believe it can either be mailed to you or you can pick it up at will-call). Also, you wouldn't NEED to get 6 bands. As long as there is one band per ride car all of the pictures should show up in the account....if you have multiple bands, you could lend them yours for that purpose.

All of the photos taken during MNSSHP are included. There aren't many wandering, but in addition to the normal photogs on main street there are additional photogs at HM and near the new HM shop and both of them have magic shots. There are also photogs out with the characters for the special meets.

No, you don't need to do anything else if they are all on your MDE account.

HOWEVER, when you add borders to the photos, if you change the size of the photo after it is downloaded (before you print it) it will cut off some of the border. So it is probably not necessary to alter the sizes of all of the pictures or the ones that you didn't make border/sticker edits to, but if you are considering printing a larger size of a photo with a border on it, I would save it as a 5X7 or 8X10 so the border isn't half cut off if you adjust the print size.

You said they send out a card when you purchase it now. We don't have magic bands so how does that work if we all split up? Or can we still get multiple cards from the photographers?

You can still get the cards from the PP photogs and add them to your account. The only difference should be with the ride photos. You should need to have the actual MM card in order to have the ride photos added to your account. If you split up and want a ride photo, someone will need to return to the counter at the ride within 24 hours to have the photo added to the card. If this seems lke it will be a hassle, keep in mind that not everyone in the party needs to have a magic band. For rides, as long as one person in the ride vehicle has a band, it will link the picture automatically. So, if you are a party of 4 and split up to 2 and 2, one group could take the card and the other could take the band and there wouldn't be any issues with linking pictures later on.

We rode seven dwarfs mine train today. How in the world do we get pictures/video??? We saw flashes, have magic bands and memory maker but there's not a picture place like splash mountain, or space ranger spin. Is there a number we can call to have it looked for?

It should automatically appear in your account if you have MM. Mine took a lot longer to appear than the other photos from the same day. I would give it at least 24 hours before worrying about where the pictures and video are. If they never appear, you can try to call PP and they may be able to locate your missing items.
