I had my credit card charged and received a "thank you for your order" email instantly after I ordered and have now also received a shipment confirmation email with tracking info. I ordered on 12/22 at 11:55pm pacific time. Purse shipped 12/24 and expected to arrive in a week. If I were you I'd call customer service especially since the order doesn't show up when you log into their site. Best of luck to you!

It's the no pending charge that has me worried. I don't always get confirmation emails after ordering. Last time I ordered something for my mother I got nothing from them until it shipped and they emailed me a tracking number. I emailed customer service so hopefully they can help. Of course this is the one time I didn't save the order confirmation page so I don't even have the order number.

My bag came in! I'm so excited!

Got mine today! It's just as amazing as I expected! Although I thought the top would unzip all the way. I didn't realize that it stays connected at one end preventing you from pulling the bag wide open to dig around inside. Minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things. I can't wait to take it out with me tomorrow!
