I asked around (About the new ones coming out though) when I was there and was informed that the CMs aren't told ahead of time when they will be available. THere were none to be found.

I got mine back in June at the Disney Vault in DTD. I don't know if there is any way to contact them directly, but you could give it a try.
I just started carrying mine this week. It's really nice. I see people looking at it, but I don't think they know what it is.

Vault 28 CMs don't know when they'll get them. I asked when I was there. I suppose if you called every morning, but the wait time was pretty bad last time I tried doing it and they won't do phone orders, so you'd have to be able to rush down and hope they still have some left.

I overheard the sales clerk at the Vault say that they expected them in store the end of September. Take that for what it's worth. She was talking to a customer who was asking.
