Haunted Mansion accident Monday, April 12

Almost forgot about this. Anyway, was on the Haunted Mansion about 11:00ish on Monday , April 12, 2021 and an older woman two "buggys" in front of us fell out of the buggy while exiting the ride. Funny thing, though, is that she attempted to get out of the right hand side......not the left. I saw something out of the corner of my eye and then looked over and sort of could see that it was a person on the ground (not much ground....just a few inches between the buggy and the wall). The ride stopped for a few minutes.....the only thing we could really see were the cast members at their podium (this was after they collected the lady and whisked her away). After much dialogue they started the ride again. We saw her and her family on our way out. Looks as though she had hurt her wrist. Anyone else know what happened?

Someone else reported a woman down at HM. They weren’t as detailed as you; seems they saw the “on the ground” part.

How does that ride vehicle bar open? I am picturing an angled bar, open more on the left and little on the right. Or does it open evenly? If that is possible, in the dark, I am surprised that doesn't happen more often.
