Has the way you make ressies for a resort changed?

I just made reservation on Monday for July 12-19, 2008 at the Pop for 2 rooms. I have done this for the last 10 trips. There are 5 people(myself, DH, Dgrandma, 2-DS's). I always book and pay for both room and tickets. I request but know that i'm not guaranteed connecting rooms. We have gotten them every time. So this is what I did on Monday but now they are treating it like 2 different ressies? I put down a deposit on both rooms. I got a confirmation on the one but not the other. I e-mailed them to find out why and I just got a reply saying that the second ressie now reads traveling with which they said means you will be close together but will not have connecting rooms. What is up with that? Now I'm going to have to call again.

Does anyone know about this change? Thanks for any help!

There are required if there are different last names to separate the reservations. You should have received a confirmation for the second room. They just won't guarantee rooms that are connecting.
