In the past, if I called MS for anything that was a 'change' of any kind - even something like adding a request for a bldg (not a 'change'), I would receive a new confirmation letter.

Now it seems as if they don't send them any more. I've made a few changes- adding guests to the reservation as plans evolved and requesting DME service for one of them - and I have not received any confirmation letters since the original. Is this a policy change?

Mailed confirmations requires that the DVC Adviser click on the print key. If you need a printed and mailed confirmation, request it before you end your call.

Members pay for the service and in a effort to reduce costs and increased dues, they have reduced the number of printed and mailed confirmations.

My experience for the last number of years is no new confirmation unless a substantial change is made, sometimes not even then. I haven't seen any changes recently.
