gone to Disney World in Novemeber? If so, how was it? Weather? was it busy? That kind of thing

We've done a few different November trips. If you go during food and wine festival, you can still expect some crowds, though it's still not the same as at the peak of spring break or holiday season. Overall during food and wine I'd put crowds at the more moderate level. If you go right after food and wine, but before Thanksgiving you can hit a sweet spot of extremely low crowds.

As for weather, two years ago it was pretty chilly, you'd want long sleeves during the day and jacket at night. This past year it was incredibly hot for that time of year, into the high 80's and low 90's and this was the second week of November. So overall it can greatly vary on weather.

Thanks. We were thinking Thanksgiving week. I dont know if that would be a good thing or bad. I am having a hard time waiting that long....lol.

We just went Thanksgiving Week and it was more crowded than the same week 4 years ago as more schools are closing for the whole week but it was manageable. If you can I would say wait until the beginning of Dec since there is no MVMCP during Thanksgiving Week and at EPCOT Holidays Around the World and CP begin on Black Friday.

Nope no one has ever gone to disney in November…ever. j/k. It just made me giggle how you worded the post.

I went this past November. We went the week before Thanksgiving and had a blast. The temperature was really warm (but I think it was unusually warm this year) and it was busy, not as busy as Thanksgiving but I would call it moderate level crowds, but we didn't wait too long for any ride. We did basically open to close at the parks. The hardest part was getting ADRs but that could have been an issue of free dining, which was a promotion for the time we went.

LOL. Yeah I guess my wording was a little......giggle worthy. You haven't seen anything yet ;)

My wife and I went November of 2013. We went the second week of November and the crowd levels were, well let's put it this way, there were no crowds. The weather was in the mid 70's up to 88 on one day. But don't let that determine your decision. The crowds have been increasing every year, even during the usual low times. Weather can also vary but we found the 2013 trip to be one of our best trips down.

We went the week before Thanksgiving last year. The weather was unseasonably warm and we wore shorts each day. The crowds were higher than I had anticipated but were still nice. The Christmas decorations were great and we got to see the Osborne Lights one last time.

We got to ride as much as wanted - we were loaded down with extra MBs loaded with NBFPs. They came in very handy for MK and DHS but not so much for AK or EPCOT.

I would expect mid-level sized crowds. Weather can be variable. Dress in layers. We went November 2012 and going back this year, the week before Thanksgiving. With Christmas decorations going up it was pretty cool.

Thanksgiving week will be the busiest week of November, and is probably somewhere around the 5th busiest week of the entire year behind Christmas/New Years, Easter and July 4.

We were there the 3rd week of November in 2014.
MK on a Saturday night was CROWDED. Touring Plans had predicted a 2 and it ended up being a 7. Main Street felt impassable at times.
The rest of the trip was pretty crowded but totally manageable and we're not one to use a touring plan but do use FP+.. not a crowd level 10 by any means but it was more crowded than we had anticipated.
The weather was a real hit or miss. Our first day was 80 and fabulous but then the next 3 or 4 days was cold. We're talking 45/50 degrees with wind chill advisories at night. We took full advantage of the free hot chocolate at Christmas party it was that cold. Then on our departure day it was back to 80 o_O

We went immediately after Thanksgiving in '11. By Monday our resort (POR) was a ghost town and the rides the following week were all walk-on to 15m wait tops. We're from Iowa, so the weather was probably cold for locals but was fabulous to us. IMHO I'd avoid the week of Thanksgiving, but to each their own.
