Rented more then one place? Were you given condos that were close together? We are going Sunday and wonder because of the holiday that we may not be close.

If you requested the units be nearby, the resort will try to accommodate the request. You can still call MS and ask that the request be added if it's not already been made. You might also remind the desk at check-in.

A lot of it will be luck of the draw depending on who checked out, freeing up rooms. They will do their best. We've made that request twice. Once we had several members of the family going and had a 2 bedroom and 2 studios. Everything was on one floor, approximately every other room going down the hall. We felt that was pretty reasonable.

Last year we really got lucky. Our 2 bedroom was right next door to the one bedroom we reserved for our friends traveling with us. Really did well, and our friends didn't get checked in until after 6 PM.

In 2003 I got a two-bedroom for myself, and a studio for my parents at Old Key West.

I told Member Services I wanted them close together when I made my reservations.

I ended up with both villas right next to each other.

I would tell MS BEFORE you go.

We have requested them together and on the 1st level. Here's hoping Sunday we get our "Wishes"!

We've had better luck at OKW than at BWV. We've had 2 2BR villas right next
to each other and also one over the other at OKW but at BWV we were on the first and fourth floors! But when I booked a Magical Gathering at BWV the rooms were on the same floor.

We just got back from 5 nights at BWV, and our 2 studios were side by side, just as requested.

Call now to request the rooms to be close together if you haven't done so already. On our last trip to BCV me, my DH, DD 13, and DS 10 had a one bedroom and my BIL, SIL, and neice 12, had a studio that was connected to ours with an adjoining door. It was very convenient.

When I made my ressies, I explained that my DH and I and my sis and her DH were going and asked what to do. I was advised by MS to get a one bedroom with a connecting studio (which I think is a 2 bedroom but NOT a dedicated 2 bedroom). It has the connecting door between the two rooms that once there, can unlock and keep open. Less points and guaranteed being by each other/and if get sick of each other, can close the door!

I asked for this once and we were at OPPOSITE ends of OKW. I was fine with that, but I put this in to stress that having the units close to each other is not guranteed. (We were there President's Day Week whihc is fairly crowded)
