Has anyone with sensitive skin used a home microdermabrasion kit?

Just wondering if your skin reacted to it. Mine is combination...I can break out easily, but also get red and dry easily. Light skin with freckles...as my dr. called it "Irish skin"...lol...GOing to do some research.
