Each year we try to do something off-site for a little change of pace. This year we are thinking of trying Cypress Gardens? Anyone have any input on this?:confused3

Yes, i have been to Cypress gardens. It was a nice place very clean and quiet. We went during Christmas. The shows are nice but of course not disney Quality. we went for 4 days at christmas specifically to do all those things we kept saying we were going to do soemday. we used the GO ORLANDO CARD, it workled out very well and saved us a ton of money!

What else where you considering, anything, have you done ripleys or wonder works?

We did the Out of Control Magic Show last year and my daughter loved it! It was very funny and the magic was good as well but we didn't do the other side of Wonderworks. What is that like? Would you recommend it? Does anyone know how far they got on the renovations in that area? It was pretty torn up and limited when we were there last. My husband and daughter also did Gatorland... not my cup of tea but they loved that. I did see the Ripley's museum listed. What is your feedback on that? My daughter had seen something about Ripleys in school or somewhere and thought some of the things might be too gross...Is it worth a try? As for Cypress Gardens...was there enough there for two days worth? They are running a 2nd day free promo and we thought maybe we'd do the park part one day and come back and to the water park the second. Anyone gone to the water park yet? Thanks for all feedback.

Truthyfully, i did not like Wonder Works, We did love the Magic Show, My DD loved it too. Wants to go back. But the other side of WW is pretty run down i was very surpirsed at the lack of stuff in that big building! No it is not worth the time. We did Ripleys it was cool , I had never done any thing like it before. We did Gatorland too, and i was not thinking it was going to be anything great, but i was VERY impressed with the overall appearnace, and the beauty that you just wouldnt think was there, off of OBT.

As far as 2 days at CYPRESS< NO! We got through the whole park in about 4 hours-5 hours and that was riding all the rides 2 times, The water park is closed for about 3 months in the winter so we didnt do that. But i am sure it is nice, since everything else was.
