i have used the timeshare store to buy my 1st dvc timeshare but unfortunatly when it was time to buy additional pts they didnt have whats i was in the market for so i found this www.**********.com company...so im just poking around the board to see if anyone has good or bad news about them...thanks in advance for the help!

Lots of us used Jaki when she was with another broker - and I'm not sure I've ever heard anything bad about her.

thats music to my ears because i just locked in a deal with them and they were super fast and very down to earth...no high pressure tacktics like these other brokers lol well thanks for the replys disboards to the rescue again!!!

I think Jaki is great. I almost purchased a resale with her back in January but Disney just happened to be offering a current member incentive which couldn't be beat. Jaki was actually going to meet me at the Wilderness Lodge during our Disney World visit to complete details for our purchase. I'll definitely use her in the future.

We are in the process of buying a contract through Jaki and ****. They have been very thorough and the communication has been quick and excellent. They are both very personable. Both of them have kept us informed of what was going on every step of the way. We just found out that we passed ROFR late last Friday! Now, on to the wait to close. They are very customer oriented and I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with them so far!
