I KEPT having trouble with MY card last year. I spent more time at customer service. I was getting more than mad! I lit a smoke and the lady said she wouldnt help me till I put it out...then I got more mad! I told her we were spending more time in line at each park trying to get in than we did to see shows or ride rides and I was getting sick of it! My husband spends thousands of dollars every year coming here! This was waisting our time and money.
I apologised for my behavior to her but insisted that this was unfair and asked to speak to a manager.
They gave us all an extra days hopper and a fastpass to use as we wished!
We went on Soarin'
The finger scan is not working right! They need to fix it. People spend to much money for this to happen.
Some people save for years to go and only get to go once! What if this happend to them?
