Has anyone used the Touring Plans?

I was just wondering if anyone has used the touring plans from The Unofficial Guide? I am planning on using them, but I am also wondering if they are hard to stick to? I like to look around in the stores and such but I am afraid I will feel rushed if we are trying to "beat the crowd". Has anyone had any luck with them? We are going Nov 27 - Dec 3 so I am not too concerned about the crowd anyway, but you never know.

I use them every year and my hubby and I have had tremendous luck with them. Now we have never been for more than a day during summer so I can't speak on that front but during Star Wars Weekends on our honeymoon it was pretty busy. Also, I took my mom last September and she has had knee surgery but we still used them and got to ride everything, made good time, and had plenty of time to stop and shop after we got through the plan. I never feel rushed on them but I love to plan!

Thanks! I think I will do like you did and save the shopping for after all the rides. I guess it makes sense anyways since I don't want to try lugging bags around all day long.
