Hi All,
Used National's new Quick Rent feature on our most recent trip and while taking the car out went okay when we returned it we were delayed as we had to go to the "both" as the person who checked us out did not link the VIN number of the car I had to my name. Everything worked out fine but it was an added 10 to 15mins when we should not have had to go through any additional stuff.
I know before we left on our trip some people had reported issues not being able to get out of the lot. The guys we talked to when we were going through the extended return process said that we could have taken the car home and that National would have never known.
