Has anyone used ONYX shopper service to purchase flights?

Airmiles will not post the flight I want for next May on their website. After making a connection in Toronto yesterday I have vowed to only do direct flights. Has anyone used the shopper service to purchase flights? If so was the amount they charged comparable to a 95AM=$10 cash equivalent.

I've been saving AM for flights for a while and don't want to pay for the whole flight with cash, would prefer to be able to use my AM for some of the tickets.

Home now. We went to the party this past Friday. Started raining just as we left our hotel. Ran around the park till 8 while it rained then the rain slowed to just spitting on and off for the rest of the night. We ended up doing 3 laps of the park trick or treating and brought home 16 lbs of candy. The parade was amazing and the fireworks were wonderful too.

Lines for the rides were 20-30 min until the second parade. It was a fabulous evening. I haven't been trick or treating in almost 40 years, we had a blast. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to bring out their inner kid again.

The Toronto issues were just with the connecting flights, having to leave the secure area and then go back through security. That and the fact that there were only 2 bathroom stalls between the plane and exiting customs.
