I called to make reservations for Kindercare for 2 nites in April and they told me they've been bought out by a new owner. She says some of the policies have changed and the fee has gone up about $2.50 per hour. They are still screened, CPR certified, and insured. She says they have mostly the same caregivers and are still recommended by Disney. We used them last year to go out to eat at Calif Grill and for an e nite. That was our plan this year.
