Has anyone used Hotelmartusa?

Has anyone out there ever used the hotelmartusa.com website to book hotels? I was just wondering how everything went with the transaction...I know that everyone always mentions hotel kingdom, but I haven't heard much about hotelmartusa.com. I would appreciate any feedback you might have....

I used it to book the Ritz Carlton for next January. As far as I know, it all went OK - I guess I won't really know until I turn up at the hotel!

I used Hotelmartusa and had no problem but i called to hotel before and asked about the company, they said that i will not have any problem .
I think that u should do the same !

I used them to book a hotel that required full pre-payment. Unfortunately, we had to cancel and hotelmartusa refunded our money quickly and without incident....really great customer service.
