Has anyone used FL Tours lately?

I know they had some issues before but how are they now and when did you use their service? Their prices are very reasonable.

We used them in May. Excellent service. We will use them again.

Anyone else? I'd feel a little riskier if it were just us but we'll be traveling with friends and don't want to all be left stranded like they did to some people a few years ago.
Any other experiences? good or bad.
