Has anyone used carrentals.com? in Orlando

We have relatives who are arriving in Orlando before us and exploring Vero Beach etc. they found a car rental through carrentals.com in Orlando and it beat the cheapest rental price I could find by $50. I am just wondering, as I have never heard of them, if anyone has had any experience with this "budget" car rental site? TIA!

We have a reservation booked through them for a January trip to Florida, so haven't used them yet for Florida, but have used them many many times for Las Vegas. Never once had any problems. You can go to the website of whatever company you have booked and put in the confirmation number that is on the email you get from Car Rental Savers and see the reservation. You want the actual confirmation number from the email, not the Car Rental Savers Trip ID.

ETA: I am sorry!! This is a different company that you are talking about!! We have never used the company you mentioned.

It looks like it is an Expedia affiliated company, so should be on the up and up.
