Has anyone used a stroller rental service on a trip?

My wife told me about a stroller rental service that she got as a link from a friend. Does anyone have info?

We rented a double stroller from A Baby's Best Friend in July. DS3 does not use a stroller so we never bought a double for both kids, but the little guy needs one, and we knew that DS3 would need one at WDW! So we rented one from ABBF. We thought about just renting it at the parks but DS1 was not walking yet, so going from the parking lot to waiting in line to get into the park, to waiting to get a stroller seemed like a nightmare! Also we knew the ones at the parks do not recline for his naps.

The stroller from ABBF was excellent. It was very clean, as if it was brand new. And it was a Graco! Highly recommended! Check out abbf.com

We used Orlando Stroller Rentals in August. Their strollers are high end and incredibly easy to fold. They have received a lot of good reviews on here as well. Shannon was very flexible with our times which helped us get more out of our vacation!

We rented a stroller from A Baby's Best Friend in April 08 and were not happy at all. The stroller was HUGE and very hard to manuever. It was an old model and I don't think something you could even find in stores today. We called A Baby's Best Friend after our first day to ask if they had any other strollers available for our trip since we hated it that much. They never called us back. A simple phone call to tell us that they didn't have any other strollers available would have been nice. To completly ignore a customer's phone call is beyond poor service in my book. We had also used them in Sept 07 but did not rent a stroller for that trip.
