I did an advanced search earlier today using the word "noodle" and found 2 or three great reviews. I'll see if I can find them again and post them in here for you!

We did have time to pop into the MK yesterday to try the new Noodle Station. It was quite busy for the middle of the day, guess everyone else wanted to try it also. They had plenty of cashiers available so you didn't have to wait to long.

As you can tell, yes, the portions are huge, huge, huge. A good value for the price.

I had the chicken noodle bowl. The flavor was very good. Full of the large white oriental noodles with snow peas, carrots, ginger, chicken and water chestnuts. A bit of fresh mint throughout. Everything was held together by a nice thick sauce, hard to describe, very tasty. The bowl was huge, could have ate the whole thing..you just don't get sick of the flavor. Very well done.

We also tried the potstickers..not as you would expect, they are good, but baked, not stir fried like the usual potstitcker. Came with a wonderful hosan dipping sauce. A spicy soy sauce type mixture..very nice.

Hubby had the chicken bowl (soup). He couldn't get enough of it..lol.
The broth is a thai/vietnamese type broth. Lemony. The small thin clear noodles, chicken, ginger, several other veggies and fresh mint floating around. (there is also a shrimp version..lol, which he thinks we are going back and trying today..lol). He says the soup is absolutely delicious, very refreshing..his palate never tired of the flavor of the soup. Even on a hot day, this soup would be good, because of how refreshing it was.

The sticky bun pork sandwich with asian slaw. Imagine a traditional pork sticky bun split down the middle with the pork spilling out and a nice asian slaw spread across the top. The sandwich is as big as you fist. The bun was perfectly done, not a bit soggy as we all know sticky buns can become. The bbq inside was fantastic, just like you get inside a pork sticky bun. Not to spicey, not to sweet, not to rich. Just perfect, bursting with flavor. We would have liked to have a bit more asian slaw on top. Pork Sticky bun was my favorite for the day.

Last but not least, the ginger creme brulee. Very light on the ginger, don't know if that is good or bad. It was very tasty, quite refreshing.

Never felt once like we needed to rinse flavor out of our mouths.

Hope you all get a chance to try it..looks like we are going back today to give it another shot, try some of the other menu items.

Just saw this review on my AllEars newsletter -

"Also in the Magic Kingdom, I paid a visit to the new Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station (on the site of the former Plaza Pavilion counter service restaurant). A few friends had recently stopped there and found the Shrimp Pad Thai and Chicken Noodle Bowl to be quite good, and the Ginger Creme Brulee, while not up to California Grill standards, to be "very nice, with a nice crust and only the tiniest hint of ginger." But they'd deemed the steamed bun with BBQ pork and Asian slaw just so-so, so I opted to try a few other items. The egg roll ($2.39) was a very generous size, and stuffed with both meat and veggies -- the outer wrapping was not too greasy, either, one of my common complaints about egg rolls. The pot stickers, at $2.99, might sound expensive when you learn that there were only three of them, but they were also a nice size, and when you consider you're talking about fast food at the Magic Kingdom, they weren't such a bad deal. They were lightly crisp on the outside, filled with pork inside. They came with a rather thin hoisin dipping sauce, but the flavor was good. I liked the looks of the rest of the menu, too, and will definitely try other items on future visits. Interestingly enough, though, the rest of Magic Kingdom was so crowded you couldn't move, yet the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station was nearly empty and eerily quiet... even at peak lunchtime. I hope that it will catch on." (http://allearsnet.com/menu/menu_ttns.htm)
