Has Anyone Tried These Places

We just got back yesterday, and we went to Yak and Yeti. It was good. Really good! I had the duck, and it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. And it was half a duck!

My DW had the Orange Chicken and it was delicious. And the desserts were wonderful! I liked it! I will go back next year.

I totally agree:thumbsup2 ...Y&Y was the best meal of our 2/2008 trip!

We loved the wok fried green beans (my DH keeps talking about them), tempura shrimp with coconut rice, duck (this was cooked to perfection like poeticdiabetic said!), and the cream cheese wontons!!!

Food was so amazing we have convinced our whole family to give it a try in September.

GF Cafe was really nice, we had the eggs benedict. San Angel Inn, not so much... dinner was just okay but the setting was great.

I was unimpressed with the San Angelo it's beautiful but the food left me very disappointed and we weren't crazy about the wait staff either. Out of the four of us that dined there none of us was 100% happy with our meal.

The Grand Floridian Cafe is delicious I've been there for lunch and dinner and it is fabulous!

Recently went to Yak & Yeti the appetizers were really good I loved the lettuce wraps and the pot stickers were outstanding. I found my orange chicken just so so and the rice very dry. The Egg rolls were good as well. It is definitely a place we would try again because I feel that every place has an off night and more of the food was good then bad.

Hope that helps :)

Has anyone been to the following restaurants? If so, what did you think of them?

Grand Floridian Cafe
Tutto Italia
San Angel
Yak & Yeti

No, NO ONE on this entire site has eaten at these restaurants.

:rotfl2: JK, but I had to.

San Angel Inn; unlike everybody :lmao: I had some of the best food of my life there. BUT that was back in 2003.....haven't been there since. I mostly hear bad things about it, but the atmosphere is amazing!

Tutto Italia, it was out of this world. A bit on the pricey side so I may not take advantage of it again if I dont have the Dp. We were there in Dec. before the Dp changed so we have amazing apps. that were out of this world.
