When verizon teamed up with msn last year, I downloaded the free version of msn 8. The feature that I really liked about it was the parental controls (Internet Explorer has one but it is really a nuisance to set!
). Things were working great, but lately, it has been running into problems and needing to shut down. 
MSN's error reporting last evening said that this problem could be fixed by downloading the MSN Premium. I downloaded last night and it seems to have a lot of features that I like (like you can customize the buttons at the top of the screen and it has free McAffee virus and firewall). Anyone else out there try it?
