I stayed in a garden view room before and did get a pool view. It was great! I think they have 5 floors. We were on 2nd floor so we took the stairs from the lobby most of the time. Love it!
We had a view of the parking lot which was concealed a bit by the foilage. The view wasn't so bad that I wouldn't take it again. It was all that we could afford in points for that trip!
If you ask for a corner room you get an extra large dinning room area. It almost doubles the size of a regular GV room. The only thing you miss is the sunrise from your room if you don't have an OV room, but if you go out the back door of the lodge and up the stairs to the Green Cabin's back deck you'll get a great view for any sunrise. No one will bother you about the chained off stairway at 6:00 am. Good luck & have fun !!! J.D.
Some nice pics and a great suggestion about the corner room. I would also suggest the fourth floor (top). It gets you above the trees and the parking view is not so much. Here is a view from the 4th floor laundry, which would be indicative of the view from other GVIRs facing away from the beach. Even though it is over the parking area you are high enough to have nice view too.

I don't see how they can because when you walk through the front door the dining area is about 30 feet long before the room takes a 90 degree turn toward the bedroom. When you walk down the hallway toward the bedroom the bathroom is halfway between the corner turn and the bedroom. The bath room is behind the inside dining room wall. I've stayed at every resort that Disney has to offer and the corner rooms at Vero,(OVorGV), are the only layout I've seen like this. We have had the corner room and the room right next to it, but they were'nt connected. I'd still ask for one of your rooms to be a corner room just to get the extra dining room area at no charge !!! I do everytime we go to Vero. Good Luck & Have fun !!! J.D.

So...is there a table there?? What is in this area?? Is that where the kitchenette is?? I think someone posted that room on here somewhere. I wonder why they did it that way? Hmmmmm maybe we can do that. Our dd is 19 and she would be the "other adult" with the boys so we don't really have to have connecting rooms. FOOD FOR THOUGHT.
