I would LOVE some information about this resort. Has anyone stayed there? I need details....I am so excited.....a friend is letting us use their timeshare for the cost of the maintenance. I need DETAILS. (and pictures maybe....not the ones from the website but your own).

Thanks.

My family and I have stayed at Cypress Harbour on our last three trips. This year we are staying at Marriott Horizons and Cypress Harbour for a week at each. We absolutely love Cypress Harbour, an excellent resort as far as we're concerned. Let me know if you have any specific questions. I'll be happy to answer any of your questions. We'll be there this year May 10th to the 25th!!!!!

We were there last month and really enjoyed this resort. It was our first stay and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We stayed in Building #54 which was the closest we could get to the main pool and little store etc. We really liked this location.

Villa's were great. Only complaint was that the second bedroom is a little tight with one double bed and a pull out. Not unbearable but a little small. Master was huge and very comfortable (sorry, kids:~).

I'm sure you'll have a great time here.

thanks for your replys.....I was wondering - my children are 12, 11, 9 and 9 ..... have any of you taken advantage of the activities provided for them and if so, how did they like them and was it expensive. They advertise a Kids Night Out which includes pizza, movie, craft.....has anyone used this and what did you feel about it.

Is it REALLY spread out so that you cannot walk to the pizza place or lobby?

Thanks.

It's a good size resort. Chances are you'll either be in walking distance to the clubhouse pool / pizza / little store or the activities center. Our kids were 10 & 12 and I wanted to be near the pool and store etc.

As far as activities we did the paddle boat races (kinda fun but went on forever) and the karoke. There are lots of activities by the clubhouse pool and the kids could run over there on their own.

We also rented quad bikes, kinda fun, all 4 of us could ride. It was $16 bucks for half an hour.

The kids brought their scooters and they went down to the activity center a couple of times although they could have walked it. There is a boat that takes you back and forth across the lake.

Hope this helps...

We spent a week at Cypress Harbour last July and just booked a week in June!!! We absolutely loved it. Everything is within walking distance so that is not a problem. I believe we were in building 54 as well. We sat on the balcony and watched the night fireworks at sea world nightly. AWESOME! Feel free to PM me with any questions, I would be happy to try and answer them. Enjoy yourself!

BTW, we didnt do any of the kids activities last year, but wish we had. Maybe this year.:Pinkbounc
