Has anyone stayed at HJ maingate east?

We are planning to go to WDW Dec.8-Dec.13. Since we are only 41/2 hrs away, we thought we would drive to Orlando the night before so that we would not burn a day on our hopper tickets by leaving Sat. morning. I called around to area hotels and got HJ Maingate East at 27.50 a night! I thought that it was unbelievable. There are 3 adults and 4 children so I booked two rooms. I called HI Sunspree and their family suite was 89.00 a night so I thought 2 rooms were just as good for about 20.00 less. Does anyone know anything about the rooms?Thanks!
